Ionic is not syncing.

It will rarely sync. It will sync right after I restart both my phone and fitbit. After that it will not sync again until I restart It. I have uninstalled anf reinstalled the app and reset the fitbit to factory. Each time it will work for a day maybe. And thrn go back to not syncing even tho i have all day sync on.

Hi I have bought this device only 3 days back from INDIA and not able to sink the same with my OP2 (bluetooth 6.01)

 

It always show the error that you have put wrong code and update of firmware require to OS 2.01. If I click update the same shows that try will bluetooth or try with WIFI.

 

No resolution I had shown the same to 2  (two) FITBIT technicians but got no resolution. I had also tried pairing the same with MOTO G5 plus but did not worked for me.

 

Please help

@N8teGee Thanks for the help. Before buying the device I had confirmed with store manager that the same is comparable with One Plus 2 even the service technician visited had confined that the same is comparable with OP2. I dont understand the same is due to lack of training or false selling.

 

Today at your link I found that the device is only comparable with One plus and not comparable with OP2,3,3T,5,6 etc. Kindly add the same so that I can enjoy with upgraded phone
