Ionic is not tracking any steps or heart rate.

I am having issues with my Ionic.  They just started on Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Lights on the back are not flashing and device is not tracking heart rate or steps.  Also battery draining more quickly.  HELP!!!

This is happening to mine too! I have reset the watch, disconnected from the app ect all the normal things and it's not working!!! 

Also in need of help!

I think I might be done with FitBit.
These things should last longer than a year and 10 months for how much we pay for them.

I know what you mean, mine is 2 years old, and should work alot longer than this for sure

Because it's outside the warranty coverage of 1 year, they are only able to
offer a percent discount on a future purchase.
They won't even tell me what the issue might be. Seems like it's not an
uncommon issue.
With my first fitbit product (Blaze) their customer service was great! I
guess that's because it failed within the warranty period.
Interesting thing is... I didn't do anything to it to make it fail.

I know what you mean. I gave mine to my sister 10 days ago and now it's broken! So unfair... It sounds like what Apple do to their phones when they get to 2 years they slow them down so ur forced to buy a new phone...
