On Monday my Ionic had a nervous breakdown and added 1000s of steps I hadn't done (I woke up and it said I'd done 13,880) and when still it was adding two steps at a time, constantly until the battery ran flat. Since charging it back up it won't track steps or heart rate. I've held the buttons to restart about 10 times and have done a factory reset but nothing has changed. Still no steps or heart rate. I've tried changing the clock face as I read that helped but not mine, its not even two years old. Can anyone help please?
