Ionic is not vibrating on notifications

My Fitbit ionic has not been vibrating when I receive notifications. But the messages show up on my Fitbit. I turned it off, uninstalled it, re installed it. Uninstalled the app and put it back on my phone. Now I can not connect to WiFi. It will not sync because it can’t find it. I have been messing with this for about 6 hours. I don’t know what to do. It’s not working. I had a Blaze before and never had one issue.

this ionic has given me tons of issues. So I need a replacement? Please help.

@Queenjojoe try restarting your Ionic several times. That may well fix all your issues. If it doesnt then try a Factory Reset (Settings app and scroll down to 'About'). If that doesnt work you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )

Restart your tracker

Hey @Queenjojoe, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Man Very Happy I'm glad to hear that you were able to solve the vibration issue. Thanks to our friend @NellyG who also shared good tips!

On the other hand, some users are receiving a persistent notification to calibrate their Ionic after updating to Fitbit OS 2.0.

Please note that our team is aware of this issue and are currently working to have it resolved in a future update.

In the meantime, please ignore the calibration message, as it periodically may continue to pop up.

If you have any additional questions, please free to ask. Smiley Wink
