For the last 3-4 days my notifications on my Ionic have not been working correctly. I will get a text/facebook message on my phone and my ionic will not vibrate but when I swipe down the notification is there. I have turned off Bluetooth and reinstalled, synced, removed all notifications and re-added. I will get vibrations for reminders to move, alarms, and times, its only the notifications that are not working. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have tried all the suggestions in these posts and it is not working. Will pack it up and send it back to Fitbit.

Hi
I have checked the setting on the watch and iphone. Checked notifications and done a factory reset. Still does not vibrate. I have on the watch in settings: vibrations Strong, notifications, during exercise on, during sleep on, Device on, Version is 27.33.1.30. Bluetooth on.
On my phone: Cannot get it to sync even when standing by the wireless router. although details on watch and phone are in sync. Used to be able to tap the screen and see steps, heart rate, floors and
cardio, nothing happens when I tap the screen in the watch. I have been trying to get this sorted for about a year and I am no closer to getting it sorted, instead it seems to be getting worse.
It would be great if you can help.
Janeeb

I found a solution that worked for me. Hold down the left button....since I have payment methods stored, my cards show up. Swipe left and you'll see a second screen with screen wake and Notifications. You must turn notifications on here as well.

Thanks! That worked. Holding the left button from the home screen and making sure notifications was turned on. It was oddly off.
I started having this problem 4 days ago and it was driving me mad after spending so much time doing everything else under the sun, and no one else mentioned this earlier.
Some how, 4 days ago the hidden setting just changed itself, but it's working again now..

@Bjørnar - Your write-up was just what I needed:
Solved it for me:
1. HOLD down Left button
2. Entering Music Controls, Swipe Right
3. Entering TWO Setup Functions; Screen Wake (Manual/Auto), and Notifications (off/on)
4. Set Notifications to ON (mine was off, probably tried to swipe or close this screen and toggled notifications "off" instead")
Seems kinda odd to have this additional toggle for notifications.
Thanks!!
