So I have had the tracker for a month- it has died four times. Support had me jump through hoops - two times found the solution online. Had to remove my HR 2 to work with my android and now all failed and I will be weeks without a watch

Update- when I unpaired my Ionic and it came up of course the time is wrong
Is Fitbit going to fix the syncing with Samsung 7

Also have a Samsung J7 but ionic is not syncing. Just had a for three days now. So frustrating.

So my Ionic went off line for a fifth time- I unpaired it still nothing-
Hate to say it but it I like the community- it is good to know others are seeing the same thing
Just rechecked my app- it is up to date
