Ionic is recording but screen not visible

I have my Ionic three weeks and it was working like a dream until now.

The Ionic is still recording steps, vibrates when I receive a call/text and the battery % lights up when I plug it in to charge. 

However, when I press any of the buttons or the screen, a feint light appears but the apps/colours/features/text etc are not visible.

I didn't do anything different/out of the ordinary to cause this issue.

Pleaae help!

Hi @andrew_7 Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear your Ionic is misbehaving. Please try restarting it several times in a row. You can do this by pressing and holding the left button and the bottom right button at the same time until you see the Fitbit logo. Release the buttons and your watch should restart. After the first restart, check to see if the issue has been fixed, if it hasn't, restart again. I have found that restarting 2-3 times has fix any issues I've encountered.
