Hi,
As of 2022 my ionic has only given me simplified sleep details. I have had hundreds of days of standard sleep tracking and then it suddenly switched to simplified-only. I have restarted it , reset it, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it,and also made sure it is up to date on firmware (it is)
it has not given me standard sleep details since the date in the screenshot below, no matter how much I sleep / position / location on wrist.
It otherwise tracks everything else just fine! (Exercise intensity, heart rate, steps, etc)
Help!:)

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
In addition, you can visit this site, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
