Ionic is showing the Menstrual health tile but I'm a male

I'm listed as a male in setting. The Iconic has a category for Menstrual Health. Does the fitbit think I'm female?

Please try removing the female tile from the Ionic by doing the following: 

- Go to your Fitbit Ionic 

- Tap on Fitbit Today > scroll down until you find "Edit" 

- Tap on it and remove the Menstrual health tile 

If the tile is showing on your Fitbit app, follow this procedure to remove it: 

1. On the Today tab  , tap Edit in the top right.
2. Tap the red minus icon   next to Menstrual Health and tap Remove.
3. Tap Save in the top right.
