Ionic is showing unlock with your phone

Fitbit screen says to unlock with phone i can’t seem to get it to 

stay unlicked

A warm welcome to the Community @Nel1969! Thanks for the details you've mentioned. Usually this message shows when the pin has been entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, to unlock it do the following: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap Device Lock settings or the Wallet Tile. 
  2. The app prompts the customer to remove payments data. NOTE: This does not remove all the data on Ionic, just the payment data: 
  3. Add the cards to the Wallet app. Once the data is removed, the customer can set up Fitbit Pay again.
