Ionic is still showing a call coming in after I've answered it

my ionic still shows a call coming in after I have answered and hung up

Try a Restart and do it several times to see if that will help.

Hey there @MIKMA, thanks for stopping by! Have you tried what @SunsetRunner suggested? If the restart didn't make any changes I'd recommend trying the following to do a full refresh on your tracker:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Ionic
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync

Give this a go and let us know if your tracker is still showing the incoming call.
