Ionic is stuck on download

 My fit bit ionic has been downloading for 45 minutes and is stuck on 61%, and will not go any higher. Is there something else I need to do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ahjacobs! While reading your post I was wondering what you're downloading? Are you trying to set up your Ionic? Is the firmware updating on your Ionic? Are you trying to download music?
