Ionic is stuck on fitbit logo and not switching on

Ionic is stuck on fitbit logo and not switching on. It has also disconnected from my phone so I cant set it up again.

Hi @Dino147, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, set up your Ionic from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.

Hi Juan Jo,

I have tried all of this and was even in the phone to a customer service
rep who said there was nothing we can do further but to be in touch with
the warranty team who were meant to contact me and still haven't.

Are you able to connect me with the warranty team?
