Hey all, I haven't used my Fitbit for a month also because I've been wearing my other watches, but I finally decided to put my ionic on charge as I was going to exercise, I out it on charge and the word thing is it didn't show any of the normal signs that it was charging, a red light normally when I plug it in, nor the display wouldn't turn on.
The charging cable did have a small screw attached to the magnetic part of the charger, I don't if this has anything to do with it, the cable wasn't plugged in when the screw was attached, any help would be appreciated as I'm worried that it is broken.

@BobSmith124 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If after this your Ionic is still not charging, I could create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they can continue assisting you.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
