Ionic isnt tracking anything

Since the latest update, my Ionic isnt tracking anything. No steps, HR, nothing. I've reset multiple times, disconnected the device, restarted and nothing works. Any suggestions,

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bcrow9! Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't tracking your data. Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience, nice way to go! 

Have you checked if your Ionic is syncing even when it's not tracking steps, HR, and so on? I'd know you've restarted your tracker, but I'd like to confirm you followed these steps in order to perform the restart so I can move forward:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
