Ionic just died

Fully charged my 4month old ionic & updated yesterday morning. By the evening it had died. Completely dead. Had it on charge today, nothing. Anybody help?

With it on the charger, do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

had similar experience last Friday, returned it to the store and they handed me a brand new one!
