Ionic just keeps rebooting

Initially the Ionic would not sync.  I have tried all the steps from other posts to get it to sync.  With no luck, I resorted to do a factory reset and now all it is doing is rebooting over and over.  The fitbit symbol continues to flash very slowly over and over. What can I do??
