Ionic just won’t turn on.

I have had my Ionic for about three weeks and two days ago it randomly wouldn’t turn on maybe an hour after it had been fully charged. I put it back on the charger and it said 0% - and now it won’t turn on at all.

I tried troubleshooting and holding down the three buttons to do a reset and nothing. The screen is blank. Super frustrating as it is essentially brand new. It seems to be a pretty common problem, but how is it resolved?!

Hi @Bradley_am, would you mind doing me a favor?  On the back of your device, you should see three dots where the charger connects to the device.  Can you just check and make sure these are clean?  Many times if there's a connection issue with my devices and their chargers, this is the first place I check. These are called "contacts" and if they aren't clean, this can cause connection issues with the device and the charger.  They can easily be cleaned using many methods, but my favorite is using a toothpick to gently scrape around the contacts (I'm paranoid about getting condensation on the contacts since some of my trackers aren't waterproof).  Once they turn a nice golden yellow, they are clean.

I also always check to make sure that the charger is connected securely to the charging port and the device itself.  There have been times, especially with my Inspire HR, where my device has been accidently knocked off the charger and never got a full charge.
