Ionic keeps counting steps + heart rate way off

After the last charge my Ionic keeps counting steps like crazy... I’ve walked about 2km while sitting down???

Also the heart rate is way of. Giving me a solid 113 bpm while in fact it’s about 62 bpm.

Restarted several times, changed clock, factory reset didn’t help either. This is my second Ionic since the first one died all off the sudden... Did another km while typing this post 😞

A warm welcome to the Community @Drac0. Thanks for the details mentioned, I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading? Also, regarding the km that you're doing please check this article that explains how accurate are Fitbit devices?
