Ionic doesn’t maintain Wi-Fi connection for more than a few seconds. Have rebooted Ionic multiple times. Have tried using app on daughters iPad 4th gen that used to work fine connecting wifi to Ionic and also my iPhone and 2 different wifi networks right next to routers but not working. I can see from router activity that the wifi connection is being made but then it drops off a few seconds later. App is up to date and Ionic is up to date. Bluetooth is fine. Any help would be appreciated. I am very reluctant to do a factory reset in case the Ionic doesn’t restart, this is based on user experience listed in forums.

What problem is this causing? I ask as the wi-fi is not really used for much:
"Connect your Fitbit watch to your Wi-Fi network to download playlists and apps from the Fitbit App Gallery, and for faster firmware updates."
Mine always shows disconnected but does connect ok when needed for those functions.

I'm not sure if clock faces are loaded over wi-fi or bluetooth. That quote from my previous post doesn't mention clocks nor does the help file it came from: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2233.htm?Highlight=wi-fi
Just in case it is a wi-fi issue, have you gone through their troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2249.htm ?
Are other bluetooth functions, such as syncing, working ok?

I'm afraid I don't know what else to suggest other than contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com
Since your post I have seen several others reporting issues with loading clock faces on various fitbit models but I have not yet seen anything from Fitbit to acknowledge an issue.
