I’ve just set up my watch and am having the most difficult time with it. The watch doesn’t display, the screen is black as if it’s asleep. When I swipe the online coach opens and attempts to start an exercise. How do I exit out? Also, I keep getting a pop up every 30-45 seconds... nothing new here. I am new to Fitbit (previous Garmin Vivoactive) and I read the online manual in the App but none of these things are addressed. It’s frustrating because it’s non stop alerts (nothing new here) or stuck in the online coach. I also have received several notifications when downloading apps that my Ionic could not be found when it was sitting right beside it. Does anyone have tips to help?

I would first suggest restarting your Ionic by following the steps here.
Hopefully that will sort the issue out.
