Ionic keeps losing the ability to sync and need to repair it

My ionic keeps losing pairing and i need to repair. it happens many times a day. Suggestions on how to fix this? I restarted and it didn't stop the problem.

I appreciate the restart done prior to posting. In order to provide you with the best information possible, please reply to the following questions: 

 

- Do you need to set up your Ionic again or is it not syncing?

- Which phone model and OS do you have? 

- Are you receiving any error message when your watch syncs?

- When did this start happening?
