My ionic keeps cutting out when I'm running despite having enough battery and then won't switch back on unless connected to the charger point? Any suggestions?

Hi @Frain8200, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Ionic turns off when it has enough battery, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, charge your Fitbit Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if it the issue gets fixed.
