Ionic keeps vibrating and button on the left not working

My watch keeps vibrating and the screen keeps popping up saying Nothing New your all caught up. The button on the left is working intermittently and the screen will get stuck in different functions.

A warm welcome to the Community @Tif561. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. 

Your Fitbit Ionic will vibrate to alert you about an alarm, when you hit your step goal or if you haven't met your hourly activity goal. I would like you to restart your Ionic and double check if the display works properly. 

Regarding your button not working, please try cleaning the button using canned air. At this moment, if possible, try to clean the edges of the button with a toothpick, as it's possible some debris might have gotten caught in here, making the button remain pressed down.

Good morning..... the vibration wasn't for an alarm or anything it just kept popping up no notifications.
Well now this morning I charged it and it won't turn on. There is some kind of issue going on for sure.

My FitBit just quit working all together. Fitbit customer service was amazing my Fitbit was still within warranty and they replaced it.

I did try the procedure above and still having a problem with my watch still.  

What will be my next step ?
