My watch keeps vibrating and the screen keeps popping up saying Nothing New your all caught up. The button on the left is working intermittently and the screen will get stuck in different functions.

Your Fitbit Ionic will vibrate to alert you about an alarm, when you hit your step goal or if you haven't met your hourly activity goal. I would like you to restart your Ionic and double check if the display works properly.
Regarding your button not working, please try cleaning the button using canned air. At this moment, if possible, try to clean the edges of the button with a toothpick, as it's possible some debris might have gotten caught in here, making the button remain pressed down.
