Ionic keeps vibrating and showing the "Screen Wake" screen

This screen is normally accessed by holding down the left button for a few seconds however the past few weeks the screen seems to get unresponsive and then without moving my wrist the screen wake screen would pop up.  Sometimes 8 times in a row.  I've reset it to factory twice and set it to the default clock which has not helped.  I've had it since December but noticed the issues after the recent update.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic display is showing the screen wake message. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.

I have also noticed that the side with the two buttons when pressed click and function properly however the single button side which activates the screen wake presses and functions but does not make the click sound.  I'm wondering if the button is some how stuck in slightly.

Open a ticket with support. Mine did the same thing a few months ago and they replaced it as part of the warranty. If you search the forums a common problem.

Earlier in the week I couldn't get my Fitbit Ionic to power up.  After holding the buttons for about 30 seconds it powered up finally.

 

Now it will turn on the screen wake notifications at random times constantly.   I can't wear it at night because it buzzes all night long. 

 

It also keeps asking for my pin as though I just put it on.

 

Sometimes the left button doesn't respond because the screen wake screen keeps coming on.
