I went for a swim then the constant vibrating came after.

If your Fitbit keeps vibrating please try the following steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

Please repeat this process once or twice to confirm that your Fitbit is able to reset. If this is not working, please let me know.

Hi may I know if issue was solved?

 

i went for swimming yesterday @ Emma long, River.

First, the screen was showing fitbit logo at all time and when I tried to reset it kept on vibrating after pressing all buttons for 10 second.

 

Now the fitbit is out of battery and it will vibrate nonstop once I press any of the button.

 

please help.
