Hi,
I recently purchased a new Ionic Fitbit due to the amazing Smart Sleep Alarm functionality that it allows you to use.
My Fitbit has the correct firmware version, but is only on OS 3.14 (921), and my Fitbit App says that I am all up to date.
Does anyone know if there is a way to expedite the update to OS 4.1 so that I can start using this new functionality asap?
Many thanks
HypoSteve

@HypoSteve Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry about it.
I'm happy to see that you would like to start using Smart Wake. You're able to have this option if you have the latest firmware version for Ionic, which is 27.70.7.14.
I would like to clarify that the OS refers to Android, iOS or Windows. The 3.14 version that you mentioned refers to the app version that you have, in order to have the latest features on your app, you will need to have the latest app which is 3.14.1 for iOS and 3.16 for Android.
If you're unable to update your app, this might be due to the phone that you have, if it's an older model you won't be able to update your app. As with any other app, the Fitbit app was optimized it so it can work with certain phones and tablets based on the requirements of each model and OS, and future Fitbit app versions also adapt to any change implemented in the OS.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thank you very much for the response.
Do you know if there is a list of phones that different versions of the Fitbit app are compatible with?
Many thanks
