Since a few days, my Ionic logs walks I did not make. The speed of some walks is up to 52000m/h and last 2 minutes or 60 minutes, steps aren't counted. My walks I díd do dissapeard, with that my active minutes. However, my steps, Spinning log, calories, and sleep-log work fine. It looks like the 'auto' walk recognition is a bit hysterical.
I reset my device 2 times to factory settings, removed the app en reïnstalled everything.
My Ionic is 1,5yrs 'old' so I should be fine. It didn't get wet and I did drop it on concrete.
What's going on??

@Linda_T_uit_R Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's pretty weird what you're experiencing. By default, SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't being recognized, lowering the time auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes may help ensure they record properly.
I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of the walks that are being recorded and you're not doing. Could you let me know if the steps that you're doing aren't showing in your daily totals either?
Keep me posted!

hi!
I've had contact with Fitbit support through Twitter and we found a 3rd party app (Android Internal WebView) that was syncing Samsung Health with the Fitbit app two-ways. This made the data corrupt and gave the ghost-walks & removed the actual walks. I revoked the access of this app (and a few other 3rd party apps) and since then the data stays correct.
Thank you for your reply!

@Linda_T_uit_R Thanks for getting back. I'm glad to hear that you found the solution and the ghost walks that you received were from a 3rd party app.
I'll be around if you need further assistance 😀.
