Ionic looping

In 48 hrs stopped sync Bluetooth disappeared WiFi gone battery started draining in less than 24 hrs ....if it could be done it was then hit reset AND it goes into loop non stop every language for setup just was able to turn it off its finished cannot in anyway reset in hoping to stop loop oh forgot 6 days ago started rebooting 3 to 4 times day and night had to remove it at night vibe would wake me .....anyway any ideas or take a hammer to it ship back as not working dissatisfied customer LoL
