I bought my Fitbit Ionic 28 months ago. Recently, it has begun to lose the battery charge within a few hours once the battery level falls below about 40%. This usually means that I can no longer track my sleep patterns, as the Ionic will die in the middle of the night.
I've also noticed that the Ionic will reboot itself at random intervals - and this seemed to start with the last firmware update, so it may be a software issue.
I assume that the losing charge issue means that the battery is starting to fail. This is disappointing for a device that is less than 3 years old.

@gcoupe Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for sharing details about what you're experiencing with your Ionic.
I would like you to fully charge your Ionic and follow these tips to extend your Fitbit watch's battery life. Regarding your Ionic rebooting itself, please restart it and continue monitoring it.
Let me know the outcome.
