Ionic loosing connection with iPhone

Hello,

Is anyone else having an issue with their ionic not syncing with their Apple phone unless they Forget their device on Bluetooth? I have to do that step every time I want to sync my device. I am unable to get notifications from my phone unless I get a text right after I do the above step. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am so sick of doing this step about 20 times a day! Makes it really hard to enjoy challenges with family and friends!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thank You so much for responding to my message. I have gone through everything you suggested and it still isn’t working. I still have to forget my ionic device and pair it up every time I want to sync it. If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

@RicardoFitbit Any news on my issue? It is still a HUGE problem! I am a nurse and cannot look at my phone for a lot of my shift. I need my notifications to work so I know what is going on with my children! Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!!
