I’m wondering if I’m the only one who has an Ionic that randomly drops active minutes. This morning I accrued 33 minutes working in the yard. When I finished up , I went in and synced my tracker. Now I only have 20 minutes. What’s up with that?
This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if this issue occurs when you sync your Ionic or the active minutes are deleted from the device itself? This way, we will be able to identify if the issue is with your Fitbit or the app. That said, please specify which mobile device are you using and how many times you experienced this issue in the past.

This happens after syncing. It has happened 3-4 times in the last 2 months.
