I have scoured the available help articles and forum several different times since the recent firmware update. Rough sequence of the experiences to date: The endless "add clock" message occurred in the middle of the night - luckily noticed before battery ran out. Followed directions - solved. Then floor counter and vibration stopped working. Did a restart and these functions worked properly again. March 3rd another update started while I was travelling by plane for 8 hours (three flights) - hence took a terrifically long time to complete. Picked up time zone change but floors and vibration stopped working again. Tried restarting a couple of times but didn't restore functions these times. Waited to troubleshoot when home. Took several restarts to get back right time zone, but still no floors or vibrations. Desktop app wouldn't work, but android app did (Motorola G5 S plus). Windows 10 update and desktop app still didn't work. Uninstalled desktop app and reinstalled it. Have never been able to add device again so stopped using desktop version. March 15th watch restart restored all functions (i.e. including floors and vibrations). Went for a hike and used the GPS tracker. All seemed to be working fine until the "end" activity step. When I touched the "end" button - the fitbit symbol started flashing on the screen - back to square one. When "whatever was going on" was done, I again had no floors, no vibration and no recent activity on the watch, yet recent activity still showing on the Android app. Shut watch off; removed device; uninstalled Android app; reinstalled Android app; added device - took several tries - so went through the restart watch, turn bluetooth on/off, and retry the several times. Finally got paired again and still no floors, vibrations, recent activity. Stubborn I suppose, went through the same ordeal every morning the next few days with no change to functionality. March 23rd could not get through the connect stage so gave up. Tried next day and managed to add and pair. Same result - no floors, no vibrations, no recent activity. March 26th went for hike using GPS tracker - seemed to be no issue, but the data for the hike has never materialized in the Android app or on my watch? Today the first two screens of sleep data aren't showing on the watch (third screen of week does), yet are shown in the app. (My watch, phone and internet hub have frequently been within 6 feet of one another, despite repeated reminders to practice social distancing ... oh ... nevermind!)
Really, really miss full functionality.

Hi I’ve got the same problem, no floors and not vibrating for goals, alarms etc. How can I get a resolution to this problem?
