For any device and in this case a $279 Ionic, you allow any “finder” to start using it? Device was lost and support says another email has been used. What no confirmation to the original email account that you want this done? My family has been using FB for over 6 years maybe longer. You discontinued my favorite- the One so as soon as it dies we will leave. My daughter who had the Ionic is contemplating the Garmin due to this fiasco alone. Very poor customer protection.
