I have an Ionic with the most recent update. I use it with a Samsung S9. This afternoon the Ionic disappeared from the Bluetooth connection and no longer is visible. That also means I can't sync. I tried a reset of the Ionic and a restart. I have done a restart of the phone. I have turned Bluetooth on the phone on and on again. Two other Bluetooth devices connect just fine to the phone. Any help would be appreciated. Should I remove the Ionic and then add the same device back in? Will I lose data if I do that?

I also just tried to see if the Ionic was visible to my Samsung tablet. It is not.

The bluetooth "on, off, and pair" buttons are completely gone now. All "Help" Forum topics tell you to Unpair and start again, but you can't Pair a watch when it doesn't have an active Bluetooth. Just WinTF is going on with this company??? These CONSTANT issues are mind-numbingly infuriating.
