Ionic lost swimming in advanced settings and failed to record swim.

New Ionic for Xmas. Used for swimming successfully for past 2 weeks using automatic swim exercise recognition but today my swim was not recognised / recorded. Checked advanced settings on dashboard and on fitbit app on iPhone and swimming is no longer showing. Tried restarting Ionic but no different. Any advice welcome.

Went swimming again today and Ionic recognised and recorded swim automatically! Still no swimming shown in advanced settings on app or dashboard so can't adjust pool length. Tried deleting and reinstalling app but no difference. Can anyone suggest how to get the swimming reinstated into advanced settings?

@Artisan Welcome to the Fitbit family! Swimming is a great exercise!

What happens is that the option to adjust the pool length is located directly on your watch. It will not appear on the online dashboard nor in the Fitbit App. Please check the following:

1. On your watch, open the Exercise app and select "Swim". 
2. Tap the gear icon in the top left.
3. Find the "Pool Length" setting and enter your pool length.

You should find the option you are looking for by following the steps above. Also, check this helpful article about swimming for more details.
