Ionic main screen is blank and the icons not functioning

Hi my ionic main screen is dark and when I swip the rest of the icons not working.

for example when I click on settings it just froze on the settings icon but nothings happen. This applies to all the other icons

i have to sync but it seems not to be able to sync completely and nothing seems to be syncing
