I've had my Ionic for about 14 months and Saturday it fritzed out and now the display is dark. I've tried restarting it and plugging it in, but nothing seems to work. It seems to still be tracking my activity and the alarm still works (luckily I can still turn it off too), but there is nothing showing on the screen. Please help!!!

Welcome to the Community @Jackie_Do. I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've tried and the details that you've mentioned.
If it's still tracking your activity but you're not seeing anything in the screen. It can be a clock face error, please try changing the clock face to one from Fitbit and check if you get the screen to work.

Hi @SilviaFitbit,
I have updated the clock face to a Fitbit clock face and still nothing. I have contacted chat and tried restarting and resetting to factory, but because there is nothing on the screen I can't tell if anything is working. The background seems to light up occasionally, but that's about it. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not thrilled at the aspect of having "rented" my Ionic for $300 only to have it crap out on me after a little over a year.
