My Ionic is no longer counting steps or measuring my heart rate. I just spent over an hour with Fitbit customer service, only to be told that there was nothing they could do because my Ionic was out of the one year warranty period. When such a pricey item stops working in its second year of life and the producer refuses to take responsibility, it is vey disappointing indeed. Clearly a disposable item, steer clear of Ionic and Fitbit altogether!

I have similar issues after the last update. I usually range around 12,000 steps a day but now it only reaches a max of 76 steps. And it doesn't show heart rate, the lights on the back of the watch dont light up anymore.
