Ionic no longer powers up or charges

Hi there, Ionic has been working fine without problem for 1 (or two) years.

 

But yesterday it just died.  I cannot power it up.  I cannot charge it.  The screen is just dead.

When I try to hard reset (3 buttons) nothing happens.

 

What do to?

@Simondh It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Since your Ionic's screen isn't working and you've tried to restart it but it's still not turning on. I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
