Ionic no longer registering heart rate or steps

I noticed yesterday that my ionic was no longer registering my heart rate or steps or anything else since Jan 29th or 30th.  I probably only noticed because I updated to OS 3.0 yesterday.

 

I tried restarting multiple times, shutting it down several times and even resetting to factory settings.  Nothing has helped.  

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

@Jadebear Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you have had with Ionic not registering steps and heart rate. hanks for trying all of those steps in order to sort this out.

 

I'd recommend changing the clock face you are using  to another one. That has helped other users in the past.

Hello, I tried a few different clock faces (including the default one) and none of them fixed the issue I've been having.
