Ionic is only 5 months old, it appears to have lost the ability of allow me to swipe up, down, left, right- all it shows is the home screen. It still tracks exercise, heartbeat but I cannot use fingers to swipe to any of the options....? Help?
This is what happened to me recently and I was able to get *most* of the functionality back. This might not work for you though...
I kept on restarting my Ionic using the buttons. I did it over and over again and then factory reset my FitBit with the buttons soon after (which is what customer service told me to do). Fortunately the factory reset didn’t wipe all of my data and it didn’t restore the touch automatically. I waited it out (7 hours surprisingly) and now the screen works in all places except a small part in the middle.
