Ionic no longer tracks my stats

My fitbit watch is just that, a watch. No steps, no heart rate, no sleep data. I've restarted, I've factory reset, I've contacted customer care. Nothing. No help. I've been told to wait for an email. Probably 25% off the next watch that will last for 2 years. I've had fitbit products since 2013. There should be customer loyalty discount on top of 25%. I think I'm done!

@Cprudhomme It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Fitbit Ionic since it stopped tracking your stats.

I noticed that our Support team contacted via email and provided some information about your warranty status. Please reply to their email in case you need further assistance or follow up.

See you around.
