Hi, I am not getting any notification on my ionic. I have checked all setting on my watch & iphone everything is as what it should be, but still no notif on the watch.
I noticed one more thing - earlier when i needed to chg notif setting i had to slide the watch screen to right now i have to long press the left button for setting to appear on screen. The notification now setting has only 2 options "On & Off" earlier it had a setting 'send to phone' or something, its gone now, this i guess was after the latest update..

Hello and welcome @Sachin_Honap. So here are some suggestions:
1) Ionic: Make sure your Notifications are turned ON (Long Press on the LEFT Button and slide to the left).
2) Fitbit App on your iPhone: On the Dashboard screen, select the Business Card Icon in the top RIGHT corner. Slide down to NOTIFICATIONS and open it. Review this area, turning the selections ON or OFF as needed.
3) Fitbit App on your iPhone: On the Dashboard screen, select the Ionic Icon in the top LEFT corner. Slide down to NOTIFICATIONS and open it. Make sure CALL, TEXT MESSAGES AND CALENDAR EVENTS are ALL turned on.
4. Notifications: Open the "APP NOTIFICATIONS" and review this area, turning the selections ON or OFF as needed.
5. iPhone phone SETTINGS: Open NOTIFICATIONS and slide down to MESSAGES. Make sure that "SHOW IN HISTORY" is turned ON.
6. RESET your Ionic: Holding down the LEFT and BOTTOM Right buttons simultaneously and keeping them held down until the Fitbit Icon appears and then releasing them (this is easier to do on an App screen then the Clock Face screen).
Everything will hopefully be working now for you. If you need any further assistance, post back here or send me a PM. Hope this helped and Keep on STEPPING!
