Ionic, no power, possible dead battery

My daughter hid my ionic for about a month and found it today and now it won't take a charge. I have cleaned the contacts on both the watch and charger with rubbing alcohol.  I have tried the 2 button and 3 button reset. Is there something else I can try before I call support back?

Oh ya, and it's been plugged in all day, and yes, I can charge my phone on the same USB plug. I also swapped houses and tried at my inlaw's house. All the contact look to be in the right place, and also tried turning the plug 180 degrees.
