Hello everyone,
I would like to install Spotify app or the latest "Find my phone" functionnality but I have to update my watch to do so.
And I have no "pink banner" in my Fitbit app to update my watch.
Of course, I tested all the procedures given in this site, reboot, resync, uninstall Fitibit app, install again, use fitbit.com dashboard... nothing changes..
How can I update this watch please ?

@Youli93 I didn't think the Ionic supported Spotify.
But regarding updating the firmware you should have a good read of the firmware thread,at the top of the forum, first.
I haven't updated, even though the banner is on my app, because my Ionic works just fine and I want it to stay that way.

Take into consideration that firmware updates aren't available at the beginning to everyone. However, we recommend to check your app and make sure your Ionic is syncing, this to ensure you receive the update. The latest update for Ionic is 27.72.1.15.
