Same issue. Tried to remove the device completely and re-add it. I input the 4 digit pin and then it spends a few minutes trying to connect before failing. The watch instantly realises that the pin was input as it stops displaying the pin as soon as I enter the fourth digit, so there's obviously some communication working in both directions, but it never actually succeeds at connecting
Okay rebooting the phone for the third time appears to have fixed it...

Your device doesn't show on the compatible list. Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices. The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found at fitbit.com
