All of a sudden my Ionic can't sync with my Oneplus. Always getting problem. I' deleted the pairing, uninstalled all soft and reinstalled it .. Nothing helps. He is searching for the Ionic, find it and directly the error on the phone pops up. Any suggestions ? (The restart bluetooth as proposed doesn't help)

Same issue. Tried to remove the device completely and re-add it. I input the 4 digit pin and then it spends a few minutes trying to connect before failing. The watch instantly realises that the pin was input as it stops displaying the pin as soon as I enter the fourth digit, so there's obviously some communication working in both directions, but it never actually succeeds at connecting

Okay rebooting the phone for the third time appears to have fixed it...

Your device doesn't show on the compatible list. Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices. The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found at fitbit.com/devices. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

You can try instructions from help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know if you need further assistance.

It was working fine for 4 months.
And now it fails.
But found out others are having the same troubles with Android 9.
