Ionic not able to be found. Won't Sync.

Ever since updating my Ionic a few days ago I have had the following issues:

1. Ionic will not sync. I've tried uninstalling and installing the app., restarting my phone, and restarting the Ionic.

2. My clock is wrong. It is running slow and is currently over an hour off. I assume this relates to the syncing issue.

As mentioned, I've made sure my phone (Samsung Galaxy s7) is updated and the app is updated. I tried turning off my bluetooth and when I turn it back on it won't find my Ionic. My son's Ace is working fine which leads me to believe it is specifically an issue with the Ionic.

Keep us all updated if you actually get any help with this as I’ve been trying to get help from Fitbit for a week and nothing. Mine also has sync problems along with my daily end of day record either gets wiped off completely or just shows something stupid like I’ve done 20 steps when I’ve done over 20,000 .

Honestly I've had so many ongoing issues with Fitbit lately that I just ordered a Garmin yesterday. I'm done messing around with Fitbit and the tech issues and poor customer service.

Glad to hear im not the only one frustrated with Fitbit .
I did try a Garmin but found it only tracked correctly if outside due to
GPS so if working out inside I wasn't getting a true reading . I spent two
weeks wearing my fitbit and a Garmin the Garmin was way off with miles
,steps ect so I sent it back . Im now looking into a Samsung.
