Recently my Ionic watchface does not display with movement. I have to push the left side button to see the time...every time! I have a Blaze too and was impressed that the Ionic was so much more responsive. But not now. Is there a setting somewhere that's decreased the sensitivity?

I found the answer in another post. Mine is fixed now. I had to swipe the watch face the opposite direction and go into the watch face settings mode and ensure that "screen wake" was set to "auto". Now it works! Thanks Fitbit community!

Hold left button for about 2 seconds, then option for “Screen Awake” will appear. Select “Auto”. Press left button to return to clock face.

Hi, tried suggested fix but no result. Still does not display watch face when moving. Less than a week old, beginning to think I’ve wasted my money on another Fitbit.
